Post pobrano z: Folded paper animation out of books

Created for the New Zealand Book Council by Andersen M Studio, this animated spot really does seem, literally and figuratively, to capture the act of using the imagination to turn the printed page into imagery.

It makes a fine companion piece to Scottish animator Eleanor Stewart’s Howdown from Rodeo, which also turns a book’s pages (here, a musical score) into cut-out stop motion.
