Post pobrano z: HP: Touchsmart Graffiti Wall

To launch HP Touchsmart PC, a computer with touchscreen technology, the Touchsmart Graffiti Wall was created. Turbo, the most famous graffiti artist in Turkey was responsible for the artwork of the wall, where 3 Touchsmarts were attached. People could draw their own graffitis with their fingertips and submit them to a hotsite. On the hotsite, where it’s also possible to create new artworks, all the participants are competing for a HP Touchsmart PC until the end of this month. The stunt also counted with a press event held in one of the most popular art galleries in Istanbul. More than 100 journalists tried the product and received a t-shirt personalized by Turbo.

in Pasadena, California. Inspired by ideograms, syllables, letterforms,
beasts and heroic landscapes, he slowly but surely continues to create a
visual language where the wilderness and civilization could merge
happily together. With the belief that the sublime and nuclear age
could coexist, he paints romantic environments and breaks the quiet
scene with juxtaposed imagery taking the shape of icons and letterforms.
He currently lives and works in Los Angeles where he paints
meticulously and happily accompanied by his pug Ruffles, an avid artist
himself.

Post pobrano z: Fully Skinnable & Configurable Web Player: JW Player For HTML5

The popular web player JW Player now has a HTML5 version after its well-known Flash and Silverlight ones.

JW Player For HTML5 is a totally skinnable and configurable player based on the <video> tag of HTML5.

It is built with jQuery, and for any browser without HTML5 support, falls back to the JW Player for Flash automatically.

JW Player For HTML5

The player can be set to display a poster image before and/or after the video.

Also, it is possible to make it auto-play, auto-repeat, start with a pre-defined volume and much more.

Considering the player falls back to Flash, the formats supported are also the ones that can be played by Flash:

  • H264 baseline video / AAC low-complexity audio in the MP4 or MOV container
  • Theora video / Vorbis audio in the OGG container
  • VP6 video / MP3 audio in the FLV container
  • Spark (H263) video / MP3 audio in the FLV container

P.S. The player is currently in beta status, does not have all the features of JW players but works pretty stable.
