Today, videos are a significantly large part of the internet content. Not only websites like Youtube or Vimeo but services like Netflix or Hulu and much more support this rise.

Videola, an open source video management and delivery platform built on Drupal, can easily help creating a video-based website with users and even e-commerce being a part of it.

Subscription plans can be created and videos can -optionally- be streamed only to subscribed users, they can add/remove videos to the queue (like Netflix) and video analytics per subscriber can be viewed.

It is possible to show preview-images/videos to non-subscribed users and there is support for in streams advertising + branding bumpers.

For quicker access to the content, there are widgets like "similar videos" or "popular videos". Also, items can be tagged + categorized.

And, besides desktop browsers, videos can be watched in iOS and Android.

What is TN3 Gallery?

This jQuery plugin allows us to create image galleries with multiple albums easily.

It can create thumbnails automatically (on the server-side with a PHP script), position these thumbnails vertically or horizontally and enables us to browse image by simply clicking on them.

Other browsing options include prev-next buttons, mouse-wheel + keyboard support, auto-slideshow and bullet-type-of-navigation.

jsmad is a JavaScript-powered MP3 decoder which allows browsers to play MP3 files without Flash .

The project is actually the port of the popular libmad audio decoder and a great effort of translating 15,000 lines of C code.

It has support for ID3 (with most of the tags) and works out-of-the-box in Firefox, requires "enabling Web Audio API" in Chrome and other browsers are not yet compatible.

As you can guess, the project is pretty experimental. With better browser support, it will be so useful specially for building real-time audio applications implemented in JavaScript.
