Formee is a CSS framework for easily and quickly creating cross-browser web forms.

It works with the technique provided by Fluid 960 Grid System to compose the form's layout, allowing total flexibility to put it in any website or web system.

The framework fits into any project as it has a structure built around percentage widths which adapts to the space available.

Formee is built with the smallest number of tags possible and it generates semantic forms.

Styling the forms created is not complicated as the framework comes with 2 CSS files: one for the structure and the other for styling.

And, there also some side elements in the package that are widely used with web forms such as message boxes to show errors, warnings and success alerts.

jStackMenu is a jQuery UI widget which transforms the children of any element into a beautiful stack menu.

The menu opens with a smooth animation and it is possible to control:

when it opens and closes
the direction it opens
the size of the arc
the time it takes to open

In order customize it more, it also has support for events.

The widget uses CSS transforms for creating the arcing and for browsers that doesn't support the feature, it displays the menu as a straight line.

Qutensil (or Q.js) is a JavaScript toolset built on the top of prototype.js and scriptaculous libraries.

It is featuring various modules like:

growl-like user messaging system
color picker (based on raphaël)
slider
tooltip system
draggable window and alert / confirm / prompt windowing system.

The toolset is using a dynamic stylesheet system which generates the CSS declarations on demand and only for the modules active at that time.

And, optionally, you can add your own declarations for any given class which makes object styling really easy.

For further customization, the original vector files for every image used is provided too.

P.S. Qutensil is only free for personal use.

CS-Cart is a complete shopping cart application that can quickly enable any business to start selling online whether it is a single-product shop or a complete marketplace.

The application uses Ajax in many parts to ease usage and offers an overall smart logic for a better shopping experience like one-page checkout, featured/related products for cross selling and many more.

CS-Cart is installed with the help of a web-based installer and products/categories can be defined so fast as it supports bulk uploading of products/categories/images or importing/exporting any data from CSVs.

It supports unlimited (and nested) categories where products can be assigned to more than one of them.

The product is integrated with 50+ payment gateways (from payment processors to online systems) and all major shipping providers to get real-time shipping rates.

There are many tools provided to help selling/promoting products including:

promotions (get the 2nd product 50% off, free shipping or reward points system)
gift certificates
gift registry (users can create lists for weddings, birthdays, etc.)
built-in affiliate system

SEO is also taken good care of with SEO-friendly URLS, custom meta keywords for products, categories or content pages, auto-sitemap generation and more.

It has a powerful admin panel to manage the whole system, analyze the statistics of the store or contact the customers (newsletters, customer care center).

Customizing CS-Cart is pretty easy too. You can either choose from a gallery of 40+ templates or create a totally new one (uses Smarty).

The shop is multilingual (already translated to 8 languages) and new languages can be added by simply creating language files.

CS-Cart is really an impressive e-commerce system which actually offers much more from sales of digital goods to advanced stock management or SMS notifications to an integrated database backup-restore tool (make sure you check the demo).

The application is built with PHP, uses MySQL for storing data and it is open source which is great for developers to customize it further.

Any+Time is a feature-rich jQuery plugin (has a PrototypeJS version too) for creating simple-to-advanced date and time pickers.

It can work as a pop-up or an always present picker, can be set as a time or date only picker and supports:

12/24 hour clock
any custom date format
date/time range limits
custom start day of the week
UTC offsets / time zones
and more.

Any+Time can be customized with custom labels and languages. Also, it can be styled completely via CSS or with the help of jQuery UI ThemeRoller.

Using the plugin, you can easily convert dates to/from strings (including JSON and XML) and it supports multiple instances in a single page.

It is keyboard-friendly (WAI-ARIA 1.0) and, optionally, can respond to double clicks.

Previously, a post at WRD was sharing 10 password strength-meter scripts for easily warning users about weak passwords while filling forms.

chronoStrength is a new one which comes as a standalone JavaScript file or a jQuery plugin.

Compared to the standard strength meters which visualize the strength of passwords with colors, this script displays "an estimate of the time for a desktop PC to crack the password".

And, the messages to be displayed can be customized by updating the source code a little which can end up in an original and funny experience.
